Joyshine fruit and vegetable washing and processing line is a modular and customizable industrial pre-processing solution, designed for washing, air drying, sorting, and cutting various fruits and vegetables.
The production line is not a fixed configuration. Instead, it is tailored according to customers’ actual requirements and the characteristics of different materials.
The processing capacity can be customized (e.g. 100–5000kg/h), making it suitable for fruit and vegetable processing plants, central kitchens, fresh-cut vegetable factories, and frozen food processing facilities.
Typical Processing Flow (Flexible Combination):
Feeding & Lifting → Bubble Washing → High-Pressure Spray Washing → Air Drying → Manual Sorting → Cutting (Optional)
