In May 2024, I received a message from a Jordanian customer via WhatsApp. The sender was Ali, a young entrepreneur born in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq. After graduating from Jordanian University, he co-founded an agricultural technology company with his friends.
One day, Ali and his team accidentally obtained a large batch of potatoes from farmers. This opportunity gave him a bold idea: why not open a food processing factory in his hometown of Baghdad, a place rich in potato resources? So Ali began to search for information on various potato processing equipment on the Internet. In the process, Joyshine's grader attracted his attention, and soon he contacted me via WhatsApp.
After understanding Ali's needs, I introduced him in detail the strength of our factory and showed him our potato grading production line through pictures and videos. Ali was very satisfied with the quality of our equipment and the professionalism of the factory. After several detailed communications and adjustments to the details, we finally finalized a contract worth US$24,500. Ali paid a deposit of US$5,000 very readily, and we immediately started production.
Today, the production lines are all completed and will be shipped to Jordan today. I am very happy to help Ali realize his dream of opening a food processing factory in Baghdad.
