100kg/h Chili Powder And Ginger And Garlic Processing Line For Bangladesh

On April 5, 2021 our sale Abbott received a quotation from Bangladesh to make ginger powder and garlic powder and chili paste easily. The capacity is about 100kg/h.

Aiming to his needs, Abbott sent his solutions about two powder lines and one chili paste line. The solutions are below:

Powder project:

In automatic garlic powder production line, there are garlic separating machine, garlic peeling machine, garlic cutting machine, garlic drying machine,garlic powder making machine. And there are garlic powder packing machine if you need it.

Garlic separate machine: the machine is used to make the whole garlic clove get separated.
Garlic peeling machine: it can remove the garlic skin easily. Dont waste labor cost and time. Improve the the garlic powder process line efficiency.
Garlic cutting machine: In order to Increase garlic powder plant capacity, we need to cut garlic into slice then can shorten the dehydrate time. The garlic slice cutting machine with sharp knife to make a good and thin garlic slice.
Garlic dehydrate machine: Asked about the better garlic powder, we need to dry the garlic so that it contains only a small amount of water.The temperature of the dehydrator can be set according to the customer's needs.
Garlic powder making machine: The dried garlic slice are turned into a powder with a small fineness through our garlic powder making machine. We can grind powders of different fineness. If you have special requirements, you can let us know. 

The fully automatic ginger powder production line is used to make ginger powder or turmeric powder. Equipment includes: ginger washing and peeling machine, picking conveyor,ginger slicer, blanching machine,ginger dehydration machine,ginger powder making machine and ginger powder packing machine.

Ginger washing and peeling machine: used to clean mud, dust and other impurities attached to the surface of ginger root. Meanwhile,it can peel ginger skin. The ginger washing and peeling machine can be added with a screw pusher for full automatic operation.

Ginger slicer: The thickness of the ginger slice cutting machine is uniform and the slice thickness can be adjusted as needed.

Blanching machine: rinse and protect the cut ginger slices. Preventing browning after slicing increases the color of the ginger flakes and reduces the loss of active ingredients during the drying process.

Ginger air drying machine: effectively remove the surface moisture of the ginger after rinsing, greatly shortening the drying cycle, suitable for assembly line operations, and improving the automation of production.

Ginger dehydration dryer machine: It adopts multi-layer mobile stainless steel mesh belt, which automatically feeds and discharges, saving a lot of labor costs.

Ginger powder grinding machine: The dried ginger slicer are pulverized and the fineness can be from 10 to 120 mesh.

Ginger powder packaging machine: The ginger powder is bagged. The weight per bag can be customized according to customer needs.

Chili sauce manufacturing process flow chart:

Pepper cleaning: First, fresh peppers are filtered and cleaned by a bubble cleaning machine
Pepper grinding: Then the pepper grinding equipment is transported through the net chain conveyor for grinding
Stirring and mixing: transfer the crushed fresh peppers to a stainless steel mixer, add the ingredients and mix thoroughly until uniform
Canning: The chili sauce after mixing is transported to the filling machine for filling.

Pepper cleaning machine:

The pepper cleaning machine adopts high-pressure steam bath for cleaning, which is suitable for cleaning stems, leafy vegetables, mushrooms and Chinese herbal medicines. The cleaning ability is large, the cleaning rate is high, and the material is not damaged. It flows to the conveyor belt after rotating and catalyzing. The high-pressure water flow is cleaned on the belt and finally sent to the conveyor belt. The equipment is equipped with a bubble generating device and a high-pressure spray device to remove pesticide residues on the product surface.

Pepper grinder:

Pepper grinding machine also called chili sauce making machine.The chili sauce grinder can grind fresh chilies to obtain chili sauce. And there are different output for customers to choose.
