In April 2025, a client from Argentina (fictitious name Martín) first learned about Joyshine’s fruit and vegetable washing and processing line during the Canton Fair in China. Through videos and detailed presentations, he showed a strong interest in the line’s ability to handle delicate leafy vegetables and focused on whether the washing process could meet the requirements for processing lettuce.
Customized Solution
After the fair, Joyshine’s sales engineer Will followed Martín’s needs throughout the process. He carefully considered the delicate nature of leafy vegetables, potential small insects, and pesticide residues, and combined these factors with Martín’s production requirements to design a gentle yet efficient washing solution:
First bubble washing machine: initial removal of soil and impurities
Second bubble washing machine: disinfection to reduce microorganisms and pesticide residues
Third bubble washing machine: final wash to ensure leaves are completely clean
Air-drying line: gentle drying to protect the leaves
Multifunctional vegetable cutter: uniform cutting for salad preparation, improving processing efficiency
The complete line achieves a production capacity of 300 kg/h, enabling continuous and efficient processing of delicate leafy vegetables, meeting Martín’s daily production needs.
Layout Optimization
Considering the limited space in Martín’s factory, Joyshine’s design team created a detailed layout plan for the entire line. With this planning, each machine is positioned optimally, ensuring a smooth production flow while making operation and routine maintenance convenient.
Project Completion and Client Experience
After comparing with other local equipment, Martín was very satisfied with the quality and cost-effectiveness of Joyshine’s machines. After several rounds of communication and addressing all questions, Martín paid in full in December 2025, confirming not only the reliability of the equipment but also his trust in the customized solution.
This salad washing line is suitable not only for lettuce but also efficiently processes locally produced leafy vegetables in Argentina, such as arugula, spinach, kale, and beet greens, providing a flexible solution for various salad products. Martín is very satisfied with the versatility and stability of the line, opening possibilities for processing additional raw materials in the future.
